Huntington’s Victoria is the only specialist service in Victoria that supports and assists people impacted by HD. Through our supports and services, we aim to improve the quality of life for those living with HD. You can make a referral to one of our programs by completing either of the forms below.

Case Management:

This service continues to be vital to our community and is available to those who are not eligible for services or supports through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) or do not have a plan through the NDIS. Education:

This is a fee-for-service program that provides professional education sessions to external agencies about HD and its impacts. These sessions can take place via Skype or agency based. To refer to this service please complete the form below:

Terms and Conditions

Huntington's Victoria Education Program is a fee for service program unless specified otherwise. The cost of the session is $250 for up to 10 attendees and an additional $15 per person thereafter. Travel cost will also be included at $54 per hour.
