Youth Beyond Blue – information, advice and help for young people relating to depression and anxiety

KidsHealth - is a site for children, teens and young adults. It has some great information about a whole range of illnesses, disabilities, mental health problems and services. Check it out!

It's All Right - was put together by SANE and can give you some information and links about mental illness. It's pretty funky and easy to read.

Kids Help Line - has some information about bullying, dealing with stress and talking things through.

The Source - is the Commonwealth Government's youth website. It's got links to websites in each state and territory that can let you know what's going on and how to get help.

Just Look - to find out what services are in your area.
